Create your own family space, add your children, and follow the journey from your phone.

  1. Parent account example: full name, email, phone, country and password, with a Create account button and email confirmation reminder.

    Enter your details and confirm your email. Then sign in to your family space.

    Open My children and choose Add a child. Save their details, then use Routes to set their home pickup and school destination.

    Set up your route and approve your driver's first sign-in. Open Live tracking when the driver starts to see the vehicle and journey updates.

Each journey connects operations teams, drivers and families. waiah brings route plans, live bus positions, rider status and operational alerts into a shared view, so each person sees the information needed for their role.

Families can follow the vehicle assigned to their child and receive updates when boarding and drop-off events are recorded. Schools retain the wider operational view, including routes, vehicles, drivers, attendance and journey history.
