• Live bus location data while trips are active

We use data to run the service: track buses, optimize routes, send boarding and arrival alerts, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal data.

Bus location is processed only to operate transport and notify parents, and is retained only as long as needed for service and reporting.

Data is shared only with the student's school and the providers needed to deliver the service (e.g. notifications, maps), under appropriate safeguards.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to the school's role as data controller. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging to protect data.
