By accessing or using waiah, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using waiah on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

waiah provides school transport management, live GPS tracking, route optimization and parent notifications. Features may vary by plan.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or the privacy and safety of students.

Your use of waiah is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Schools remain the controllers of their students' data; waiah processes it on their behalf.

We work hard to keep waiah available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, waiah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
